The Nordstrap™ is a device which allows you to do nordic hamstring curls in the comfort of your own home without needing a partner or heavy equipment
Step 1. Open a door, slide the door anchors underneath the door and close it.
Step 2. Once the door is closed, release the buckle and place feet close to the door.
Step 3. Close the buckle so that the ankles are underneath the straps and pull the straps to tighten.
Step 4. You are now ready to perform a nordic hamstring curl. We recommend placing a towel underneath your knees for added comfort.

Peterson et al (2011), used the following protocol in professional and amateur soccer teams, reducing the rate of new hamstring strains by over 60%, and recurrences by 85% when compared to a group of athletes who did their "normal" training that did not include the nordic hamstring curl.
Week 1: 1 session per week (2 sets x 5 reps)
Week 2: 2 sessions per week (2 sets x 6 reps)
Week 3: 3 sessions per week (3 sets x 6-8 reps)
Week 4: 3 sessions per week (3 sets x 8-10 reps)
Week 5-10: 3 sessions per week (3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps)
Week 10+: 1 session per week (3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps)
