How to use the Nordstrap

Step 1. Anchor the Nordstrap to a sturdy object. This could include a door, weight plates or a fence. Note: If using a door, make sure to anchor the Nordstrap on the closing side of the door.

Step 2. Once the Nordstrap is securely anchored, release the buckle and position feet close to the anchor site.

Step 3. Close the buckle so that the ankles are underneath the straps and pull the straps to tighten. You are now ready to perform a nordic hamstring curl.

Step 5. Slowly lower your body towards the ground. Use your hands to catch yourself when you can no longer lower yourself in a controlled manner using only your legs. Try to maintain a straight line from your head to knees while lowering to the floor.

Note: We recommend placing a towel underneath your knees for added comfort.
