About Nordstrap
Hi my name is Brad! I’m a physiotherapist from Brisbane, Australia and the inventor of the Nordstrap™
This project began in 2020 during COVID-19. I had recently suffered a hamstring strain and as part of my rehab wanted to do nordic hamstring curls to strengthen my hamstrings. With the frustration of not having a training partner to hold my ankles down to perform the exercise, I decided to take matters into my own hands and so I created the Nordstrap™
Nordic Hamstring curls are usually difficult to do as part of a rehab & strengthening program. You either need a partner to hold your ankles down or you need a heavy and expensive piece of equipment. With the Nordstrap™ you don't need a partner and it easily fits in a sports bag to take with you on the go.
