Returns
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at infonordstrap@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Packages sent for return will need to have a valid tracking number supplied. Once we have received the package, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: If you would like to return an order, the shipping costs are not covered by Nordstrap. Nordstrap is also not liable for any items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
